Initial Setup

1-1. Create Account

  1. Go to the Sign up page
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click the link in the confirmation email to verify
No credit card required. Start with the free plan immediately.

1-2. Create Organization

  1. After logging in, click "Create Organization"
  2. Enter organization name (company or team name)
  3. Invite team members via email (optional)

  1. Click "New Project" from the organization page
  2. Enter project name and description
  3. Connect a GitHub repository (optional)

Creating Templates

2-1. What are Templates?

Templates define the structure of your PRDs. Customize them to fit your project needs.

  1. Select "Templates" from project settings
  2. Click "New Template"
  3. Enter template name
  4. Add sections (drag & drop to reorder)
  5. Set description and required/optional for each section
  6. Click "Save"

Creating PRDs

3-1. Enter Your Request

Just enter your request in free form. Bullet points or prose - both work.

3-2. AI Structuring

Click "Generate with AI" and AI will automatically structure your PRD.

  • Auto-generates each section following your template

3-3. Edit & Adjust

After AI generation, edit each section as needed.

  • Click on any section to edit directly
  • Write in Markdown format
  • Attach images and files

Review & Approval Workflow

4-1. Request Review

  1. Click "Request Review" in the PRD editor
  2. Select reviewers (from team members)
  3. Add a message and send the request
Reviewers receive notifications via Slack/email (when integrated)

4-2. Comments Feature

Leave comments on each section.

  • Threaded comments per section
  • @mention to notify specific members
  • Hide resolved comments

4-3. Approve or Request Changes

Approve

If everything looks good, click "Approve". PRD status changes to "Approved".

Request Changes

If changes are needed, click "Request Changes". Use comments to explain why.

Integration Settings

5-1. GitHub Integration

  1. Select "GitHub Integration" from project settings
  2. Click "Connect to GitHub"
  3. Authorize on GitHub
  4. Select repositories to connect

Once connected, AI analyzes your codebase to improve PRD generation.

5-2. Notion Integration

  1. Select "Notion Integration" from organization settings
  2. Click "Connect to Notion"
  3. Authorize on Notion
  4. Select the Notion database to sync
PRD changes are automatically synced two-way with Notion.

5-3. Slack Integration

  1. Select "Slack Integration" from organization settings
  2. Click "Connect to Slack"
  3. Authorize on Slack
  4. Select the channel for notifications

Receive Slack notifications for PRD creation, review requests, and approvals.

5-4. Jira Integration (Enterprise)

  1. Select "Jira Integration" from organization settings
  2. Enter your Jira API token
  3. Select the project

6-1. What is Idea Consultation?

Consult with AI from the early planning stage, even without a repository.

  • Turn vague ideas into concrete plans
  • Explore technical feasibility
  • Get suggestions on similar cases and best practices

6-2. Starting a Consultation

  1. Select "Idea Consultation" from the organization menu
  2. Click "New Consultation"
  3. Chat with AI about your idea
  4. When ready, click "Convert to PRD"
Consultation history is saved and you can continue anytime.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I do with the Free plan?

The Free plan includes 1 project and up to 5 PRDs. Basic AI structuring and review workflows are available. Notion/Jira integrations require Pro plan or above.

Is GitHub integration required?

No, it's optional. Without GitHub integration, AI still structures PRDs following your template. With integration, you get more specific suggestions that consider your existing codebase.

Is version control available for PRDs?

Yes, PRD change history is automatically saved. You can view past versions and revert to any specific version from the version list.

Can I create PRDs in languages other than English?

Yes, AI automatically detects the input language and can generate PRDs in multiple languages. Creating templates in your preferred language improves accuracy.
